Project: HelmetHub, A Helmet Vending Maching for Bike Rental Programs

HelmetHub was born out of the senior capstone mechanical engineering class, 2.009 Product Engineering Processes. In teams of 24 we worked together to build a working alpha prototype in just under 3 months. After winning the MassChallenge competition, Helmet-Hub is now a start-up on its way to do great things. The design of this class later became part of my Master's work in researching effective milestones in design thinking.
